摘要
目的 制备不同取代的羧甲基壳聚糖并测定其结构。方法 通过不同反应条件得到不同位置取代和取代度的羧甲基壳聚糖 ,并用物理和化学方法进行分子结构表征。结果 在 O位和 (或 ) N位发生了羧甲基化反应 ,产物为不同取代度的 N,O-羧甲基壳聚糖 (N,O- CMC) ,N-羧甲基壳聚糖 (N- CMC)和 O-羧甲基壳聚糖 (O- CMC)。结论 胶体滴定法是测定羧甲基壳聚糖取代度的优选方法 ;壳聚糖羧甲基化后水溶性极大地改善 。
Objective To prepare and determine carboxymethyl chitosan with different substitution. Methods A series of carboxymethyl chitosan having various degrees and positions of substitution were obtained by controlling reaction conditions, and characterized by chemical and physical methods. Results Carboxymethylation occurred at hydroxyl groups and (or) amino group. The products of N,O carboxymethyl chitosan (N,O CMC) with different degree of substitution, N carboxymethyl (N CMC) and O carboxymethyl (O CMC) were obtained. Conclusion Colloid titration is the optimized method to determine substitution degree of carboxymethyl chitosan. The product has superior water soluble property and broad prospect of application.
