摘要
介绍了某综合性工业园区采用厌氧-兼氧-好氧(A^2/O)法处理生产废水的工程设计运行实例。根据该工艺配套的在线检测装置提供的数据分析得出,该工艺对本园区生产废水COD的去除率为95.67%~96.38%,BOD5的去除率可达98.13%,SS的去除率达到94.92%,TP的去除率达97.03%,氨氮(NH3-N)的去除率达98.42%,脱氮除磷效果非常好,清水池出水水质符合《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918—2002)中二级标准[1]。
The project example of anaerobic-hydrolysis-aerobic treatment of industrial park waste water was introduced. According to the data analysis provided by the on-line detection device matched with the process, the conclusion is drawn that the removal rate of COD is 95.67%~96.38%, BOD5 removal rate is 98.13%, SS removal rate is 94.92%, TP removal rate is 97.03%, NH3-N removal rate is 98.42%. The effect of nitrogen and phosphorus removal is very good. The effluent quality of the clean water pool meets the second-class standard of 'discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater '(GB18918-2002).
