针对传统关系数据库在处理非结构化多媒体WEB信息中所存在的问题 ,结合图书馆多媒体数据库的特点及特定技术要求 。

The paper discusses the problems in processing unstructural multimedia WEB information by traditional relational database,and introduces the technical characteristics of unstructural WEB database and its effect in orgazation and utilization of multimedia information resource combining the characteristics and special requests of library multimedia database.
