Design of LED Linear Driving Fluorescent Lamp

摘要 为解决LED日光灯成本高、工艺复杂等缺陷,设计了一款LED线性驱动日光灯,无电解电容,灯珠与驱动电子元件采用SMD工艺,贴在铝基板上,电子元件数量为11个。采用光源光电色综合测试系统SL-300、智能变频电源AN9700H-1k VA、智能电量测量仪PF9810、高低温湿热试验箱EBSSDJ605F、雷击浪涌发生器EMS61000-5A等设备进行测试,灯具正常工作,光电色参数非常优良。LED线性驱动日光灯有着巨大的优势,能有力推动LED产业的快速发展。 To solve the LED fluorescent lamp defects such as high cost and complicated process,designed a linear driving LED fluorescent lamp,non- electrolytic capacitor,for which electronics( 11 pcs) and lamp beads both of SMD technology are welded on the aluminium substrate together,and used testing equipments including light source photoelectric color integrated test system SL-300、intelligent frequency power AN9700H-1k VA、intelligent electric charge instrumentation PF9810、high-low temperature-humidity test chambers EBSSDJ605 F and lightning surge generator EMS61000-5A. LED linear driving fluorescent lamp has a huge advantage,which can vigorously promote the rapid development of LED industry.
