摘要
隐性知识是形成企业核心竞争能力的基础。本文探讨了企业隐性知识的主要内涵;较全面地分析了企业内部不同层次知识主体相互之间、企业内部与企业外部之间隐性知识流动与转化的方式和障碍因素;建立了企业隐性知识流动与转化模型;结合我国企业实际状况,较详细地探讨了促进企业隐性知识流动与转化的主要措施。
Tacit knowledge is the foundation of enterprise core competitive edge .This paper discusses the main implication of enterprise tacit knowledge and ana lyzes the manners and obstacles of tacit knowledge flowing and converting among knowledge subjects of different levels in enterprise internally.And it also anal yzes the manners and obstacles to tacit knowledge flowing and converting in ente rprises internally and externally.The paper establishes a model of enterprise ta cit knowledge flowing and converting.And it also discusses in detail the measure s to accelerate flowing and converting of enterprise tacit knowledge in line wit h the realities of China's enterprises.
