摘要
介绍了TFT LCD技术发展的评估结果、集成技术、材料及液晶显示新模式等。评估结果表明TFT LCD发展速度为4.1~5.1倍/3年,其发展速度是以基板玻璃尺寸、屏尺寸及分辨率等发展速度相乘而得的,略快于微电子的发展速度(4倍/3年)。
The review results of progress speed, integrated technology and materials for TFTLCD and new model of LCD were presented in this paper. The review results means that progress speed of TFTLCD is 4.1~5.1times/3years which is obtained by multiplying with the progress speed of substrate glass size, screen size and resolutions, this speed is faster than that of microelectronics.
