细胞凋亡与氧自由基 被引量:16

摘要 细胞凋亡( Apoptosis)又称程序性细胞死亡,自从 Kerr等在 1972年首次提出以来,其研究受到了广泛重视,成为多学科研究的热点.同年, Demopoulos证实了氧自由基( oxygen free radical,OFR)在脑缺血中对内皮细胞损伤起重要作用,目前越来越多的证据表明 OFR参与了细胞凋亡的发生.作者就细胞凋亡与氧自由基作一综述.
