摘要
根据卫生部《关于 2 0 0 5年城市社区卫生服务发展目标的意见》 ,在前期“城市社区卫生服务评价体系”系列研究的基础上 ,广泛征求卫生行政部门、社区卫生基层工作者及专家意见 ,初步确立中国城市 2 0 0 5年社区卫生服务评价指标 ,提出了评价依据及操作方法 ,并就评价目的、评价对象以及评价的公平性上应注意的问题提出讨论意见。
According to 'The opinion about development target of urban community health service in 2005'by the Health Ministry and 'former series research',the evaluation indexes were established initially,based on specialist discussion and consultation.This paper puts forward some evaluation basis,procedures,and discusses problems such as evaluation intention,evaluation objective and evaluation justice.
