摘要
中国是潜在的人力资源大国。中国最大的比较竞争优势在人力资源。要将人口资源转化为人力资源 ,唯一的路径是教育。教育必须摆在优先发展的战略地位。必须加快我国的教育尤其是高等教育的发展 ,高校扩招应该继续下去。
China is a big country with potential human resources. China’s biggest comparable advantage in competition is its human resources. The only way to change population resources into human resources is education. Priority must be placed on the development of education. We must accelerate the development of education in China, especially its higher education. We should go on increasing enrollment in colleges and universities.
