摘要
采用分析法和综合法相结合的方法,从水土保持产业化的目标、运动过程和构成要素3个方面设置评价指标,综合分析获得涵盖规模化、效益化、社会化、市场化和商品化的15个指标的水土保持产业化评价指标体系,用九标度专家打分获得指标权重,建立了百分制评价模型,并应用于延河流域水土保持产业化评价,结果能够反映水土保持产业化的发展水平。
The analytic and synthetic methods are used to establish a 15index evaluation system for water and soil conservation industrialization, which integrated with 5 aspects, i.e. scale, efficiency, socialization, merchandising and marketing. The weight coefficient of each index is obtained by means of experts determination,meanwhile the valuation model is established. This evaluation index system and its mathematical model are applied to the Yanhe watershed. Results show that the evaluation index system is rational and operational.
