包头南海子湿地普通燕鸥巢址选择研究 被引量:10

Nest-site Selection of Sterna hirundo in Nanhaizi Wetlands in Baotou City

摘要 2014年4~7月,在内蒙古自治区包头市南海子湿地保护区,采用直接观察法和样方法,对普通燕鸥(Sterna hirundo)巢址和影响其巢址选择的因子进行研究。结果表明,在核心区12个人工湖心岛上,共发现普通燕鸥巢435个,其营巢地有沙地、泥质裸地和草地3种类型,沙地是其主要的营巢栖息地;影响普通燕鸥巢址选择的因子依次为人为干扰条件、沙地比例、隐蔽条件和巢距水边距离等。普通燕鸥倾向于在距离干扰源较远、沙地比例较高、隐蔽性较好、巢距水源较近的湖心岛上营巢。 We studied the Common Tern(Sterna hirundo) nesting site and the factors affecting nest-site selection in Nanhaizi Wetlands of Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, by direct observation and sampling method from May to July in 2014. A total of 435 Common Tern nests were found on the islands. Three types of nesting habitats for Common Tern were recorded: sand, bare land, and grassland. The sand is the main nesting habitat. Principal component analysis showed that factors affecting the nest-site selection in Common Tern were in the following order: distance to human activity, the proportion of sand, shelter condition, and distance to water source. Common tern preferred nest sites on the islands that were far away from human activity, contain higher proportion of sand, provide better shelter, and the nests were near a water source.This paper presented suggestions on Common Tern habitat protection and management.
