摘要
为了提高刮板输送机中部槽铲板可靠性,分别针对两种端部型式的铲板进行了三维建模及有限元仿真分析。为了更进一步研究铲板尺寸对其可靠性的影响,分别针对不同铲板厚度及长度进行了更为精确的有限元接触分析。通过整理和对比仿真结果,得到了铲板最大应力随铲板厚度及长度的变化规律,并得出了相应的计算公式。分析结果表明:端部内凹型铲板比端部外凸型铲板应力减小7.2%;铲板可承受的最大应力随着铲板厚度的增大而增大,并随着铲板长度的增加而减小。
In order to improve the reliability of the shovel plate of the middle trough of the scraper conveyor, 3D models of two types of shovel plates with various ends were established and finite element analysis was conducted. To further study the influence of dimensions of the shovel plate on its reliability, more precise finite element contact analysis on the shovel plates with various thickness and length was carried out. By means of collection and contrast of simulation results, variation laws of maximum stress on shovel plate with its thickness and length were obtained, and corresponding calculating formulae were found out. The results showed: the stress of concave-ended shovel plate was 7.2% less than that of convex-ended shovel plate; the maximum stress which the shovel plate could bear enhanced with increase in its thickness and reduced with increase in its length.
