Research and application of emotional design for mining machinery

摘要 针对矿山恶劣的工作环境和较高的安全事故率,提出将情感化设计应用于矿山机械的设计方法。该方法以情感化设计的基本理论为依据,对部分矿山机械的色彩搭配和造型特征进行分析,探讨了不同色彩与形态对操作人员生理及心理产生的影响。对如何实现矿山机械产品对使用者的情感关怀进行探究,总结了情感化设计的一般规律,并提出在矿山机械产品上的应用方法。最后,设计一款起重机来验证情感化设计方法在矿山机械产品设计中的可行性。 In view of severe working conditions and high rate of safety accidents in the mine, the method of applying emotional design to the design of the mining machinery was proposed. The method was based on basic theory of the emotional design. Partial color matching and profile features for the mining machinery were analyzed, and then physiological and psychological influences of color and profile on operators were discussed. In addition, it was explored how to realize the emotional care for users by the mining machinery. And then, general rules of the emotional design were concluded, and its application mode to the mining machinery was put forward. Finally, a crane was designed to verify the feasibility of applying the emotional design method to the design of the mining machinery.
