摘要
为达到半自磨流程产能优化的目标,结合半自磨流程的给料、磨矿、排料和分级过程,分析了各个环节的影响因素,探讨了一些半自磨流程的优化措施;同时结合磨矿理论,深入分析了这些优化措施对磨矿效果的影响,为合理制定半自磨流程的工艺参数提供了理论基础。
To enhance the throughput of comminution circuit with SAG mill, the paper analyzed several factors affecting feeding, grinding, discharge and classification in the circuit, and then discussed someapproaches to optimize the circuit. In addition, it deeply analyzed the influence of the optimization approaches on grinding effects combining with grinding theory. The research offered theoretical foundation for setting down reasonable working parameters of the comminution circuit with SAG mill.
