摘要
本文对北京市冬季清洁取暖政策措施的发展与技术路径的演变进行了研究,梳理了近年来北京市热源侧清洁替代与用户侧能效提升的经验做法,总结了北京市冬季清洁取暖从集中到分散、从城市到农村、从新建到既有的推广模式。通过本研究,旨在向全社会全方位展示北京市冬季清洁取暖的实施路径,指导北方地区更加科学合理地推进相关工作的实施。
Both the development of policy measures and the evolution of technological paths for clean heating in winter of Beijing were studied in this paper. The experience of the clean alternative on the heat source side and the energy effciency improvement on the user side in recent years were reviewed in details, then the promotion model in Beijing was summarized and analyzed in details. Through this study, it aimed to show the implementation path of clean heating in winter of Beijing to the whole society comprehensively and guide the implementation of relevant work in northern region more scientifcally.
