摘要
在医患关系日益紧张的今天,为更好地缓解医患矛盾,一方面要呼吁大众理解医护人员,另一方面更重要的是提高医护人员的职业道德修养。职业道德建设是一项伟大的工程,而道德教育却是基础。职业道德教育不能停留在形式上、书本上、课堂上,要了解护生的思想动态,从多条途径提高护生的职业道德意识,从而养成良好的职业道德行为,将来在临床上成长为既有扎实的技能又有较高的职业道德品质的护理人才。
In the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship today, in order to better alleviate the contradiction between doctors and patients, on the one hand, we should appeal to the public for more understanding of medical staff, on the other hand, it is more important to improve the professional ethics of medical staff. Professional ethics construction is a great project, and moral education is the foundation.
