摘要
采用高Z冷等离子体强制冷却热蕊镁等离子体的方法,获得了镁的类氦离子在软射线区域的粒子数反转证据。并提出了一种简单、方便又能避开涉及绝对标定的数据处理方法,定量地给出了各种等离子体参数和软X射线激光的增益参数。
Using the method of high temperature Mg plasma is forcefully cooled by cold high atomic number plasma produced by pre-laser-pulse, we obtained the evidence of population inversion of Helikeion of Mg in the soft X-ray range. In addition, we gave a new, convenient method which can avoid the problem of collimating film and obtained a lot of quantum parameter of plasma and soft Xray laser.
