摘要
研究了A1N(Y_2O_3)、AlN(Y_2O_3)-SiC_w两种材料在1300℃的氧化行为。用XRD、SEM、EPMA及TEM/EDSA分析了材料氧化后的相组成及显微结构。结果表明:两种材料在1300℃空气中100h内的氧化增重符合抛物线规律,SiC晶须的引入可明显改善AlN的高温抗氧化性。提出了AlN-SiC_w复合材料的氧化机理。
The isothermal oxidation behaviour ofAlN (Y_2O_3), AlN (Y_2O_3)-SiC_w material obtained by hotpressing at 1300℃ was studied. Phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of oxidized samples were investigated by XRD, SEM, EPMA and TEM/EDSA. It is found that two samples are oxidized in a parabolic manner for weight gain curves and the composites have better resistance against high-temperature oxidation than the monolithic ceramics. The mechanism of oxidation of AlN-SiC_w composites is proposed in the paper.
