摘要
本文探讨了项目管理中如何组织和管理知识,使其在项目进程中发挥应有的作用,特别是在决策与创新过程中的作用。文中首先讨论项目管理中使用的知识的类型和作用;接着研究在项目管理的各个阶段获取和使用哪些知识;然后讨论知识的转化与知识创新问题;最后研究知识管理中的技术工具支持问题。
This paper analyzes the knowledge management problem in project management. People often pay more attention to the explicit knowledge (in books, documents, etc. ) and individual knowledge in the planning, design, implementation and training process of project management and ignore the important roles of tacit (implicit) knowledge and organizational knowledge. This paper elaborates on the functions of both explicit and tacit knowledge in the conceptual planning, environment analysis, goal setting, design, construction, control, and evaluation phases. It then investigates the processes of knowledge conversion of implicit and explicit, individual and organizational knowledge, and the creation of new knowledge in the innovation and decision - making processes in the life cycle of project management. Information technology support for the knowledge management is suggested.
