摘要
台湾矿场安全之推动 ,已有数十年的历史 ,从不被重视以迄“安全第一” ,可谓历尽艰辛、牺牲无数 ,之间历经三大阶段 ,都与台湾经济建设有不可分之密切关系 ,以整个矿业的安全水平而言 ,虽已成绩明显 ,但尚非我们的理想绩效 ,今后仍应继续积极改进 ,以期达到“零意外”的矿场安全文化 。
The development in mine safety in Taiwan has a history of dozens of years.The mine safety has developed from being ignored to Safety First along with the economic development.One may well say that it has undergone many difficulties with many sacrifices.Three development stages in the development of mine safety are closely related with the economic construction of Taiwan.The current safety in mining industry has not reached the satisfactory level and calls for further improvement although there is an obvious achievement.Our final goal is to achieve the safety culture in mine featured by Zero Accident.
