摘要
结合成像光谱系统对衍射器件的要求,采用系统优化方法设计了两种衍射器件;给出了光栅的设计结果和光谱响应曲线。性能测试表明,实测结果与设计值相吻合。系统图像采集实验结果表明,在410~700nm范围内,所设计的光栅能满足系统的要求。
A novel computedtomography imaging spectrometer(CTIS) was introduced,in which a diffractive element was specially designed as a key component.The design criteria are as follows:a) The total diffractive efficiency of the measured orders is maximized;b) The diffractive efficiency is not varying highly in irradiance distribution among the measured orders;c) The irradiance variation of each order with wavelength is moderate;d) Scale of the (0,0) order,the (±1,±1) order and (±1,0) or (0,±1) order must minimize the condition number of the system matrix,and the system becomes stable and nonsensitive to the noise;e) The diffractive element is easily fabricated and economic constraint is considered.The results of the testing show the grating can meet the demand of the system.
