摘要
根据铝合金板式节点的弯矩-转角试验曲线,将其弯曲刚度性能分为螺栓嵌固、螺栓滑移、孔壁承压和节点失效四个阶段,提出考虑弯矩和轴力共同作用的弯曲刚度四折线模型。通过理论分析推导出各阶段节点的弯曲刚度以及所对应的临界弯矩值。分别建立数值模型对螺栓嵌固阶段和孔壁承压阶段的刚度进行模拟。在数值分析结果的基础上,拟合得到了节点弯曲刚度公式。最后,将理论公式和试验结果进行了比较,四折线模型和试验结果吻合良好。
According to the bending moment-rotation curve obtained from the test,the bending stiffness behavior of aluminum alloy gusset joint is divided into four stages,including bolts fixed,bolts slipping,compression of the bolt holes and failure of the joint. The four-lines model of bending stiffness of joint subjected to both bending moment and axial force was proposed. Through the theoretical analysis,the bending stiffness of each stage and the corresponding bending moment were derived. Numerical models were established to study the bending stiffness in the bolts fixed stage and the compressed stiffness of the bolt holes. Based on numerical results and statistic regression method,the proposed formulae to estimate the bending stiffness of joint were developed. At last,the comparison between four-lines model and experimental results was carried out. It indicates that the four-line model results agree well with the experimental bending moment-rotation curve.
