摘要
公安领导方式方法与艺术是公安领导者在领导工作中个人思想、学识、经验、智慧、才能的综合体现,是对各种领导环境、条件、方法的创造性运用。其虽然具有经验性、灵活性、多样性和创造性的特征,但并不是捉摸不定的,有一些基本原则必须遵循。
Police Leadership way and means and artistic is comprehensive reflection of the leader's personal thoughts, knowledge, experience, wisdom, talent in public security work, which is reative use for variety leadership environment, conditions, and methods. Which although having empirical, flexibility,diversity and creativity features, but it is not elusive, there are some basic principles must be followed.
