旋转式换热器换热效果的数值模拟研究

Simulation of heat transfer enhancement on a new rotated heat exchanger

摘要 通过流体力学计算的方法,对一种新型的旋转式换热器进行了强化传热效果的模拟计算。计算结果表明,对比于静止情况,使用该新型旋转换热器可有效增强换热效果;总传热系数随着转速的增加而增加;但增强效果随着换热器内流体表观流速的增加而减弱。旋转式换热器强化传热的机理在于旋转消弱了壁面两侧冷热流体的速度边界层及温度边界层。 The heat transfer enhancement on a new type of rotated heat exchanger is researched by computational fluid dynamics method(CFD).Compared with the static situation,the heat transfer effect is effectively enhanced when the heat exchanger is rotated.The heat transfer coefficient is increased with the increase of the rotate speed.But the enhancement effect is decreased with the increase of the apparent fluid velocity.The decreasing the velocity and temperature boundary layer of the hot and cold fluid is on wall plate of both sides is the cause of the heat transfer enhancement.
