摘要
为实现战时物资高效、持续、稳定保障,在分析军民深度融合发展下军事供应链的内涵及风险特点的基础上,从规范军地合作、成立专职机构、紧盯关键风险、借力信息技术与发展人才战略等5个方面,提出加强军民深度融合发展下军事供应链风险管控的主要对策。可为地方政府、企业以及军队相关部门联合防范风险,打造安全、稳固、高效的军民融合军事供应链提供参考借鉴。
In order to realize the efficient,sustained and stable support of wartime materials,after analyzing the connotation and risk characteristics of military supply chain under the development of civil-military integration,the paper summarizes and refines the main countermeasures to strengthen risk management and control of military supply chain under the development of civil-military integration from five aspects,such as standardizing civil-military cooperation,establishing full-time institutions,focusing on key risks,lending on information technology,and developing talent strategy.It can provide reference for local governments,enterprises and relevant risks to prevent risks and build a safe,stable and efficient civil-military integrated military supply chain.
