摘要
随着钢铁生产规模的增加,高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、转炉煤气量也随之增加,这为钢厂采用大容量、高参数的尾气发电机组创造了条件。工程将电力系统成熟的大容量发电机组发电技术引入到钢厂尾气发电中去,新建2×135MW高温(540℃)、超高压(13.7MPa)的一次再热机组,与高温高压机组相比,发电热耗从10000kJ/(kW·h)降低至8247.6kJ/(kW·h),发电热效率提高17.5%,节能增效成果显著。
With the increase of steel production scale,the quantity of blast furnace gas,coke oven gas and converter gas also increases.This has created a good condition for steel mill to adopt large capacity and high parameter exhaust generator set.This project introduced the mature large-capacity generating set technology of the power system into the exhaust gas generation of the steel mill.A new 2×135MW high temperature(540℃)and ultra-high pressure(13.7MPa)first reheating unit was built.Compared with the high temperature and high pressure unit,the heat consumption of power generation decreased from 10000kJ/(kW·h)to 8247.6kJ/(kW·h).Remarkable achievements have been made in energy conservation and efficiency improvement.
