摘要
本文选取30Cr2Ni4MoV低压转子钢作为研究对象,利用光学显微镜对其非平衡组织重新加热到Ac1~Ac3+70℃温度区间的奥氏体晶核形成及长大过程进行了观察和分析。结果表明,在Ac1~Ac3+70℃的低温侧形成的奥氏体晶核以针状为主;中温区针状和球状两种奥氏体晶核并存;高温侧形成的奥氏体晶核以球状为主;奥氏体晶核在长大过程中,不仅针状奥氏体具有组织遗传效应,而且球状奥氏体在一定条件下也具有粗大组织遗传现象。
The 30Cr2Ni4 MoV lower-pressure rotor steel was used in this experiment. The non-equilibrium structure was reheated during the temperature range of Ac1-Ac3+ 70 ℃,then the formation and growth of austenite crystal nucleus were analyzed by the metallographic microscope. The results showed that,at low temperature area of Ac1-Ac3+ 70 ℃ the microstructure was composed of the acicular austenite mostly. In medium temperature area,it was consist of the spheroidal austenite and acicular austenite,and at high temperature side the spheroidal austenite crystal nucleus can be found. During the process of austenite crystal nucleus growth,not only the acicular austenite but the growing up of globular austenite crystal nucleus under certain conditions have effect of bulky structural heredity.
