摘要
长时期以来,由于传统研究生培养模式的影响,研究生党建工作常常被无意识地弱化,研究生党员发展质量的问题逐渐突显,对改善高校党建工作和建设高水平党员队伍产生了负面影响。通过分析福建师范大学文学院研究生党建工作实际情况,聚焦研究生党员发展中面对的数量与质量、思想与学术、理论与实践等矛盾,阐述在新时代有效提高研究生党员的发展质量,需要高校能够从创新党支部构建方式、充分发挥研究生导师"负责"作用、巩固研究生实践平台和科学运用网络新媒体等方面下功夫,实现研究生党员质量的跨越式提高。
For a long time, because of the influence of the traditional graduate student training mode, the party building work of the graduate student is often unconsciously weakened, and the problem of the development quality of the graduate party member is gradually prominent. It has a negative impact on the improvement of the Party building work and the construction of high level Party members in colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the actual situation of the party building work of postgraduates in the College of Literature of Fujian normal University. Focusing on the contradictions of quantity and quality, thought and academic, theory and practice in the development of postgraduates Party members, this paper expounds how to effectively improve the development quality of postgraduates Party members in the new era. Colleges and universities need to be able to innovate the way of the Party branch construction, give full play to the role of graduate tutor "responsible", consolidate the graduate student practice platform and scientific use of new network media and other aspects of efforts.
