摘要
目的:探究平行双锁定钢板固定方法对肱骨远端C型骨折的治疗效果。方法:将2015年1月到2017年1月作为本次研究时间段,从中选择40例肱骨远端C型骨折患者展开本次研究,均对患者实施平行双锁定钢板固定治疗后,对其效果进行评价分析。结果:本次入选的40例患者,骨折均在随访期间愈合,未出现骨折移位或松动现象。其评分统计可得优良率为87.5%。结论:肱骨远端C型骨折治疗时应用平行双锁定钢板固定方法,效果确切且无并发症现象,故值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of parallel double locking plate fixation on type c distal humeral fractures.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2017,40 patients with type c distal humeral fractures were selected for this study.after the patients were treated with parallel double locking plate fixation,their effects were evaluated and analyzed.Result:All the 40 patients were healed during the follow-up period,and no fracture displacement or loosening occurred.The excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion:The application of parallel double locking plate fixation in the treatment of c-type distal humeral fractures is effective and without complications,so it is worthy of clinical application.
