摘要
石英玻璃把持管是光纤RIC-ODD制造工艺中的重要配套材料,目前国内制造效率低下,产品国产化率低。通过对石英玻璃把持管的毛坯制备技术、组合取芯技术、深孔珩磨技术进行整合研究,成功开发出一套石英玻璃把持管的高效制备工艺,该工艺现已经过市场验证,对实际生产具有指导意义。
Quartz glass handle tube is an important supporting material in RIC-ODD manufacturing process of fiber.At present,the domestic manufacturing efficiency and the localization rate of this product are relatively low.Our team has successfully developed a set of high efficient preparation technology of quartz glass handle tube through the integrated research on the blank preparation technology,combined coring technology and deep hole honing technology of quartz glass handle tube.This preparation technology has been verified by the market and has guiding significance for practical production.
