高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固大偏心受压RC柱的研究 被引量:4

Investigation of RC Columns Strengthened with High-strength Steel Wire Mesh and Polymer Mortar Under Large Eccentric Loading

摘要 高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固技术是一种性能优良的先进加固技术。对9根大偏心受压混凝土柱进行了试验研究,基本试件的尺寸和截面配筋都相同,其中6根为加固柱,3根为对比柱,并根据试件加载偏心距的大小及加固状态分为三组。试验结果表明,在对原柱截面改变较小的情况下,加固柱的极限承载力得到了显著提高。通过对加固试件的极限承载力、破坏形态、裂缝分布、钢筋和钢绞线应变以及荷载-跨中挠度曲线等的分析,证明混凝土柱用高强钢绞线网-聚合物砂浆加固后,柱整体工作性能良好,加固效果明显。在试验和数值分析的基础上,提出了利用该加固技术加固混凝土柱在大偏心受压情况下的承载力计算方法及公式,该设计公式的理论计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,可以满足实际工程加固设计的需要。 Rehabilitation of reinforced concrete members with high-strength steel wire mesh and polymer mortar is an excellent and advanced means of retrofitting.Experiments were conducted to investigate the behavior of 9 columns including 6 strengthened specimens and 3 comparative ones under large eccentric loading.All the basic specimens had the same size and reinforcement and were grouped into three according to the eccentricity and strengthening.The experimental results showed that the load-carrying capacity of the columns increased obviously by the rehabilitation without too much increment of the cross-section.The ultimate load-carrying capacity,mode of failure,cracking behavior,stress of reinforced bars and steel wires and load versus mid-pan lateral deflection curves of the strengthened specimens were analyzed,and it was proved that the strengthening effect and working behavior of strengthened column are excellent.Based on the tests and numerical analyses results,the formula of the load-carrying capacity of the columns under large eccentric loading was proposed.The theoretical calculation results agree well with the experimental ones and the calculation method proposed here can be applied to the retrofit design of reinforced concrete structures.
