摘要
介绍了广州名汇商业大厦的结构设计和分析,着重阐明了采用了新型支撑体系的适应于高层多塔楼建筑的地下室全逆作法施工的优化设计,并对带约束拉杆异形钢管混凝土柱技术的研究作出说明,同时介绍了工程中应用的钢-混凝土组合结构转换层结构及钢管混凝土柱节点等组合结构新技术。
It is concerned with structure design and analysis of Guangzhou Minghui commercial building,and the optimization design of the reverse construction method of the basement is introduced.The research of the concrete filled special- shaped column with restrained tensile bar is illuminated,and new technology of composite structure,such as steel- concrete composite structure of transfer story,the node of concrete filled column etc,is presented.
