摘要
根据在运价研究过程中对广东省公路客运站场发车情况的调查和研究结果,对不同车型、地域等类别的发车实载率特征进行了分析,得到各类班线平均发车实载率为49 82%的结论.与专门组织的实载率抽样调查的结果相对比,对实载率进行了修正,最终得出综合认定的基准实载率,为正确评价广东省旅客运输市场供需状况,合理制定运价提供了依据.
According to the survey and research results of vehicle mission of Guangdong highway passenger transport station during the transport fee research, an analysis of the characteristic of actual loading rate of vehicle mission of varieties types, sections, etc is given, which results in a conclusion that the average actual loading rate of vehicle mission of all kinds of runs and routes is 49.82%. In comparison with the wholly organized spot check of actual loading rate, it gives a modification of actual loading rate and consequently, gets the general accepted fiducially actual transport rate which provides the bases for correct evaluation of supply and demand situation of Guangdong passenger transport market set down reasonable transport fee.
