控轧控冷中碳钢力学性能与组织参量间的定量关系

摘要 对微合金化中碳钢进行了控制轧制和控制冷却的试验;测定了各项力学性能及先共析铁素体最f_α、铁素体平均截线长度d_α、铁素体平均自由程λ_α和珠光体平均片层间距S_(oj),采用数理统计的方法研究了控轧控冷微合金化中碳钢力学性能与组织参量间的关系,对力学性能非线性回归方程的幂指数做了优化,得到优化的定量关系式;探讨了控轧控冷中碳钢的强韧化机制。 Experiments have been carried out on microalloyed medium carbon steel under condition of controlled rolling and controlled cooling. The various mechanical properties, volume fraction of pre-euteetoid ferrite f_α,, average size of ferrite d_α, average free distance of ferrite λ_a and average interlamellar spacing of pearllte S_0 have been measured. By using multiple regressive analysis the optimum mathematical expressions relating the various mechanical properties and the structural parameters of controlled rolled and controlled cooled microalloyed medium-carbon steels have been obtained. According to these expressions the strengthening [and roughening mechanism of the steels have been discussed.
