摘要
介绍了电能质量问题的分类、产生原因以及可能造成的危害 ,综述了电能质量问题传统和现代采用的解决方法 ,讨论了解决电能质量问题的新技术———用户电力技术 (CustomPowertechnique)中几种主要电能质量补偿装置的功能。
The classification of electric power quality problems,their producing reason,and their harm are introduced,for which,solving methods,classic and present,are summarized,new technique to solved the problems including some compensator functions in Custom Power technique are also discussed.
