通过实例介绍了注射模具设计过程中注射过程模拟技术的作用和技术途径 ,以及采用流动模拟技术进行模具流道系统和冷却系统设计方案的评估和优化的方法 。
The action and technical routine of the simulation of the injection process in the design of the injection mould were introduced through an example. The methods of evaluating and optimizing the design of the runner system and cooling system with the flow simulation technology were stated. The method of using the CAE technology to aid the design of the injection process in the mould design stage was put forward.
