摘要
医疗纠纷逐年上升的趋势及高额赔偿成为困扰医疗机构正常运行的难题。目前国际通用的处理办法是建立医疗责任保险。医疗纠纷对医疗机构和医务人员态度行为的负面影响已经开始显露,应引起全社会的高度关注。
The increasing trend of medical tangle and its high compensation has been a problem to hospitals. Medical Liability Insurance has been proved to be a good way to solve the problem in the world. The passive influence of medical tangle on hospital and doctor's attitude and behaviour has appeared,which should be highly noticed by the whole society.
