摘要
本文首次提出以滤纸为基质,以Nal和NaAc为重原子体系,同时测定2,6-二氨基嘌呤和硫鸟嘌呤的同步扫描-一阶导数-SS-RTP分析法。该法简便快速,选择性好,线性范围宽,检出限低。2,6-二氨基嘌呤的线性范围为6~300ng,检出限为0.7ng/斑点;硫鸟嘌呤的线性范围为6.7~167ng,检出限为0.09ng/斑点。
A synchronous first-derivative paper substrate rcom temperature phcsphcrimetric method is presented for the determination of 2, 6-diaminopurine and thioguanine. The methcd has high selectivity, low detection limit and wide linear range. The linear range is 6~300ng for 2, 6-diaminopurine, 6.7~167ng for thioguanine, respectively. The detection limit is 0.7ng/spot for 2, 6-diaminopurine, 0.09ng/spot for thioguanine, respectively.
