简述可靠性强化试验技术的概念和效果,结合某产品的特点和试验设备的现状,对其实施强化试 验,快速剔除产品潜在的设计缺陷,使产品更快进入可靠性成熟期,提高其可靠性,缩短研制周期。
This paper describes the concept and effectiveness of RET. Based on the product characteristics and testing equipment status, the enhanced testing is performed to quickly eliminate latent design weaknesses of the product, fast reliability maturity, increase product reliability and reduce developmend period.
