摘要
高校学生思想政治工作的具体任务由学生政治辅导员担任,兼职辅导员是学生思想政治工作队伍的重点力量。通过对辅导员的素质要求、兼职辅导员的有利条件及工作途径进行阐述与剖析,以推动和完善此项工作。
The political and ideological work in colleges and universities is carried out by political instructors.Part-time political instructors are an important force to enhance this work.The paper makes an analysis of the pualified political instructors the advantages of part-time political instructors and the instructors ways of the work.
