摘要
以甘蔗渣和氯化钴为原料,通过热还原法一步、快速合成了Co/C磁性吸附材料,利用透射电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱对所合成材料的结构和组成进行表征,同时考察了该材料对水溶液中亚甲基蓝的吸附脱除效果。结果表明,所合成材料对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果良好,在1h内对给定浓度染料的吸附率达到98%。本实验所合成材料的原料来源广泛、合成方法简便、对环境污染小有望实现大规模的制备并将在水污染处理领域发挥重要作用。
With bagasse and cobalt chloride as raw materials,Co/C magnetic absorbent was fast synthesized by one-step thermal reduction method and TEM and FT IR were performed to reveal the absorbent structure and composition.The removal of methylene blue by the absorbent was investigated and the results showed that 98% of the dye molecules was removed within one hour under room temperature.The economically and easily synthesized adsorbent is expected to play an important role in the field of dye wastewater treatment in the future.
