摘要
This paper analyzes the status qua of the ideological and moral education in the Institutions of Higher Learning to define the key factor which the moral education. According to the educational informationazation, the paper focused on the instructional design of the ideological and moral education based on the constructionism and specify problems during the process of the moral education. Through the teaching design, so that the education in the process of schooling, can have the effect of the teaching stage to achieve, so that the teaching effect to maximize, improve students' comprehensive quality.
