稿件的质量是一个刊物赖以生存的根本。要提高学报稿件质量,必须要积极开拓稿源;健全学报审稿、用稿机制;完善学报刊用稿质量反馈系统;编辑自身要善于发现好稿。
The Quality of Manuscdpts is the key for a journal.If the quality of journal manuscripts is to be improved,the source of manuscripts must be cultivated,the editing system strengthened,the feedback system on the quality of the adopted manuscripts perfected and furthermore the editors should be good at picking out manuscripts of top quality.
