摘要
花椒是重要的药用植物、调味品和香料作物,以其良好的抗菌、杀虫、消炎等活性受到人们的广泛关注和研究。介绍了花椒种质资源的分布、分类及分子生物学研究等基本情况,总结了其主要功能成分的鉴别方法及提取工艺,阐述了花椒提取物的毒性、镇痛消炎止痒功效、抑菌杀虫活性以及在心血管疾病防治中的应用前景等生物学效应,旨在为花椒遗传育种、化学成分的高效分离提取及相关抑菌杀虫和治疗心血管疾病的产品开发提供参考。
Zanthoxylum is an im portant m edicinal plant or crop as condim ents, spices and so on, w ith good antim icrobial, insecticidal, anti-inflam m atory activity so as to attract w idespread attention and research. T his paper deals w ith Zanthoxylum , its germ plasm resources, distribution, species and m olecular biology study;Zanthoxylum essential oils, alkaloids and other com ponents by identification, separation and extraction process;and Zanthoxylum biological effects such as toxicity, m edicinal, antim icrobial insecticidal activity and cardiovascular disease control.
