摘要
肿瘤生物学的最新进展尤为关注肿瘤细胞与其邻近微环境的复杂相互作用,以了解肿瘤生长和转移的各种机制。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)是肿瘤组织浸润免疫细胞的重要组成部分,与多种肿瘤的生长、血管生成和转移有关。临床和实验表明,TAMs极化到M2(替代)型的高浸润肿瘤组织与患者预后差和对治疗的抵抗有关,因此,TAMs靶向治疗被认为是一种有前景的免疫治疗策略。M2型TAMs的消耗或作为抗肿瘤效应物的'再教育'对寻找抗癌治疗的新模式具有重要作用。
The complex interactions of tumor cells with their neighboring microenvironments got more concern in recent tumor biology.Thus could make us to better understand the various mechanisms of tumor growth and metastasis.Tumor-associated macrophages(phagocytes)are the major components of tumor infiltrating immune cells,and they are involved in the growth,angiogenesis and metastasis of various tumors.Both clinical and experimental studies have revealed that TAMs polarization to M2(alternative)type has high relationship with highly invasionand poor prognosis and resistance to treatment.Therefore,TAMs targeted therapy is considered to be a promising immunotherapeutic strategy.The consumption of M2 TAMs or're-education'as an anti-tumor effector plays an important role in finding new models of anti-tumor therapy.
