摘要
针对我国场地污染严重,挥发性、半挥发性的总石油烃、多环芳烃等有机物污染和重金属污染较普遍的土壤现状,介绍了一种土壤热修复技术的方法与应用范围,并研发了一套用于污染土壤热修复的装置。试验确定了进料量、土壤湿度、燃烧温度、热解析炉滚筒转速、进料粒径等最佳运行条件,实现对有机物污染的土壤净化的目的,有助于土壤修复技术的应用走向设备化、市场化和产业化。
In order to solve the severe site pollution which was generated by organic pollution including volatile and semivolatile petroleum hydrocarbons,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons pollution and heavy metal pollution of soil in China,a method of soil thermal remediation technology was introduced. This paper disscused its applied range and develop a hot recovery apparatus for polluted soil. The experiment discovered the optimum operating condition such as the input quantity,soil moisture,combustion temperature,the speed of thermal desorption furnace roller,the particle size of the input matter,etc. The realization of purifying organic polluted soil, helped the development of equipment, marketization and industrialization of soil remediation technology.
