摘要
油料作物大豆的固氮作用和根瘤素蛋白关系密切,本研究采用生物信息学手段,对23个大豆根瘤素蛋白家族的基因结构、蛋白的基本理化性质、二级结构预测、亚细胞定位、保守基序和系统进化等方面进行预测和分析。结果表明:23个大豆根瘤素基因不均匀分布在15条染色体上。大豆根瘤素蛋白的理化性质存在差异,α-螺旋与卷曲是大豆根瘤素蛋白的主要构成原件。绝大多数大豆根瘤素蛋白为膜蛋白。
The azotification of soybean has a close relationship with its nodulin protein,this study predicted and analysed some aspects of soybean nodulin protein family,protein physicochemical properties,secondary structure prediction,subcellular localization,conserved motifs and phylogenetic by means of bioinformatics.the results showed that:there are 23 legume gene heterogeneously distributed in 15 soybean chromosomes.There are differences in physicochemical properties of nodulin protein,alpha helix and curl are primary components of the soybean nodulin protein.The vast majority of legume protein is membrane protein.
