摘要
对高校教育管理工作进行分析,认识到以人为本在教学管理中的重要性,总结教育管理中存在的问题,旨在通过完善教学管理方法进行教学体系的改革,实现教学方法的完善,满足现代高校教育管理的基本需求,展现教学的价值性。
This paper analyzes the educational management work in colleges and universities,recognizes the importance of putting people first in the teaching management,and summarizes the problems existing in the educational management,aiming at reforming the teaching system through perfecting the teaching management methods,realizing the perfection of teaching methods,meeting the basic needs of the modern educational management in colleges and universities,and displaying the value of teaching.
