体外成熟培养的牛老化卵受精后发育到囊胚期速度减慢。囊胚期的发育率分别为 2 2h培养组为 35 .3% ,34h组 2 3.6 % ,4 6h组 15 .4 % ,胚胎的发育速度随培养时间的延长而明显减慢 (P <0 .0 5 )。 4 6h组的囊胚期胚胎的平均卵裂球数明显少于 2 2h组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,老化组的染色体平均分裂像、分裂指数均明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。染色体异常发生率 4 6h组高于 2
The speed of development of in vitro fertilized bovine oocytes to the blastocyst stage markedly decreased after ageing in vitro maturation. The percentage of successful development to blastocyst was 35.4%, 23.6% and 15.4%, respectively, in the 22 h, 34 h and 46 h groups. The speed of development declined with the duration of maturation in vitro (P <0.05). The number of blastomeres of the 46 h group was significantly smaller than that of the 22 h group ( P <0.05). The metaphases and mitotic indexes in the aged groups were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of chromosomal aberration was significantly higher in the 46 h group than that in the 22 h group.
