以随机化完全区组设计方法研究了低温保存对红枣试管苗生活力的影响 ;结果表明 ,狗头枣试管苗在 ( 4± 1 )℃下保存 1 0 0～ 1 30
Have been studied with method of randomized complete block design.The effect of low temperature preserving on vitality of test tube seedlings of the Z. Jujuba. The result showed that test tube seedlings of Z. Jujuba var. GouTouZao preserved 100~130d at (4±1)℃ is sutiable , and it's survives rate reached 86.89%.
